Public Offer for Access to Reevun Paid Plans
Version 3.0 · Published and effective October 30, 2026
Reevun offers anyone (the “Customer”) a contract for access to the Reevun Service's Paid Plans on the terms of this public offer (the “Offer”).
The Offer is a public proposal. The contract is concluded on the terms of the Offer when the Offer is accepted as described in "Acceptance of the Offer" and requires no signature. The Offer is an integral part of the Terms of Service; terms not defined in the Offer have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
- 1.1.
"Paid Plan" — the Pro or Premium plan that gives a Family additional Bot and Dashboard features, higher limits and priority Support, as listed on the Subscription page of the Dashboard.
- 1.2.
"Free Plan" — the basic set of the Service's features available without payment.
- 1.3.
"Paid Period" — how long a Paid Plan lasts, as chosen by the Customer at payment: 1 month, 3 months or 12 months, where 1 month equals 30 calendar days.
- 1.4.
"Invoice" — a payment request created in the Dashboard stating the Family, Paid Plan, Paid Period, discounts applied and total price.
- 1.5.
"Payment Service" — a third-party payment service through which the Customer pays an Invoice: 2328 or Lolzteam Market.
- 1.6.
"Promo Code" — a code that gives a discount on a Paid Plan under the conditions set for that code.
- 1.7.
"Activation Code" — a code that gives a Family a Paid Plan for the number of days it states, without payment.
- 1.8.
"Family" — the Discord Server for which a Paid Plan is purchased.
2. Subject of the Offer
- 2.1.
Reevun gives the Customer access to the chosen Paid Plan for the Family the Customer specifies for the Paid Period, and the Customer pays for that access under the Offer.
- 2.2.
The service consists of giving access to the Service's features; Reevun does not transfer exclusive rights to software to the Customer and does not build custom solutions for them.
- 2.3.
The features of each Paid Plan are listed on the Subscription page of the Dashboard and in the documentation at docs.reevun.app and may evolve in line with the Terms of Service without degrading key features during a Paid Period already paid for.
3. Acceptance of the Offer
- 3.1.
The Offer is accepted when the Customer pays an Invoice or, when using an Activation Code, activates it in the Dashboard.
- 3.2.
By paying an Invoice or activating an Activation Code, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the Offer, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, that they are a Family Owner or a Family Administrator authorized to purchase a Paid Plan for that Family, and that they chose the Family correctly.
- 3.3.
A Customer under the age of majority may accept the Offer only with a legal guardian's consent.
4. Prices and discounts
- 4.1.
The Paid Plans cost:
- Pro — 10 (ten) US dollars per month;
- Premium — 25 (twenty-five) US dollars per month.
- 4.2.
Paying for several months at once gives a period discount:
- 3 months — 10% off;
- 12 months — 20% off.
- 4.3.
A Promo Code applies to the price after the period discount. The Promo Code's conditions (discount size, plan, validity, number of uses) are set by Reevun; a Promo Code may only be used within those conditions, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be combined with other Promo Codes.
- 4.4.
The total price is shown in the Invoice before payment. The price shown in an Invoice is final for that Invoice and does not change after it is paid.
- 4.5.
Reevun may change Paid Plan prices and discounts by publishing new prices in the Dashboard. Price changes do not affect Invoices already paid or Paid Periods already running.
- 4.6.
Prices do not include fees of the Payment Service, bank or the Customer's payment instrument provider, or taxes that may apply in the Customer's country; the Customer pays such fees and taxes unless the Invoice states otherwise.
5. Payment
- 5.1.
In the Dashboard, the Customer chooses the Family, Paid Plan, Paid Period and Payment Service, optionally enters a Promo Code, and goes on to pay the Invoice on the Payment Service's side.
- 5.2.
Payment is made in US dollars or in another currency at the rate and by the methods available in the chosen Payment Service. Reevun does not receive or store the Customer's payment instrument details.
- 5.3.
The Customer's payment obligation is fulfilled when the Payment Service confirms to Reevun that the full Invoice amount has been received. Reevun checks the payment status with the Payment Service itself.
- 5.4.
An unpaid Invoice is cancelled by the Payment Service after the period it sets. The number of unpaid Invoices open at the same time for one Family may be limited.
- 5.5.
If the Customer paid less than the Invoice amount, the Paid Plan is not activated; the Customer may contact Support to pay the difference or get the amount received refunded.
6. Activation Codes
- 6.1.
An Activation Code consists of 32 characters and can be activated once, for one Family, on the Subscription page of the Dashboard.
- 6.2.
Activating an Activation Code for the same plan as the Family's current Paid Plan extends it by the number of days the code states. Activating a code for a different plan while a Paid Plan is running is not allowed.
- 6.3.
Activation Codes cannot be exchanged for money, sold, resold or refunded. Reevun may cancel an Activation Code obtained in breach of the Terms of Service or the Offer.
7. Duration of a Paid Plan
- 7.1.
A Paid Plan is activated automatically as soon as payment is confirmed and runs for the Paid Period from activation.
- 7.2.
Paid Plans do not renew automatically, and no money is charged without the Customer's action. Before the Paid Period ends, the Customer may pay a new Invoice.
- 7.3.
Paying for the same Paid Plan before the Paid Period ends extends it: the new Paid Period is added to the time remaining.
- 7.4.
Paying for a different Paid Plan starts a new Paid Period on the new plan from the moment of payment; the unused remainder of the previous plan is not carried over or compensated unless the Refund Policy provides otherwise.
- 7.5.
When the Paid Period ends, the Family moves to the Free Plan. Settings and Family Data are kept; features available only on a Paid Plan stop working until the next payment, and data beyond the Free Plan's limits may become read-only.
- 7.6.
The Customer may move to the Free Plan in the Dashboard at any time. The move takes effect immediately, and the rest of the Paid Period is forfeited.
8. Reevun's rights and obligations
- 8.1.
Reevun undertakes to:
- activate the Paid Plan once payment is confirmed;
- provide access to the Paid Plan's features during the Paid Period, except during planned maintenance and in the circumstances set out in the Terms of Service;
- announce planned maintenance and incidents at status.reevun.app;
- handle the Customer's Support requests, with priority according to the plan;
- review refund requests in accordance with the Refund Policy.
- 8.2.
Reevun may:
- suspend or stop providing a Paid Plan if the Customer or the Family breaches the Terms of Service;
- refuse to activate a Paid Plan on reasonable suspicion of fraud, use of another person's payment instrument or other abuse, returning the funds received;
- engage third parties to perform the Offer, remaining responsible to the Customer for their actions within the limits set by the Offer.
9. Customer's rights and obligations
- 9.1.
The Customer undertakes to:
- choose the Family, Paid Plan and Paid Period correctly before paying;
- use only payment instruments that belong to them or that they have the owner's consent to use;
- comply with the Terms of Service and the Payment Service's rules;
- not give access to the Dashboard to people without rights to the Family;
- not initiate an unjustified chargeback without contacting Reevun first.
- 9.2.
The Customer may:
- use the Paid Plan's features during the Paid Period;
- receive Support on matters relating to the Paid Plan;
- request refunds in the cases set out in the Refund Policy.
10. Acceptance of services
- 10.1.
Access to a Paid Plan is deemed properly provided from the moment it is activated, unless the Customer reports to Reevun within 3 days that the Paid Plan's features are unavailable.
- 10.2.
No acceptance certificate is drawn up; the record of the payment and activation in the Dashboard serves as confirmation.
11. Refunds and chargebacks
- 11.1.
Refunds are made in accordance with the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of the Offer.
- 11.2.
If the Customer files an unjustified chargeback, Reevun may end the Family's Paid Plan and restrict new payments.
12. Liability
- 12.1.
The parties are liable for non-performance under the Offer as set out in the Terms of Service.
- 12.2.
Reevun's total liability under the Offer is limited to the amount the Customer paid for the current Paid Period of the Family concerned.
- 12.3.
Reevun is not liable for delays and errors of Payment Services, banks and payment instrument providers, for the Customer choosing the wrong Family or plan, or for features being unavailable because of Discord, the Family Owner (for example, removing the Bot or restricting its permissions) or the Customer.
13. Force majeure
- 13.1.
The parties are released from liability for failing to perform the Offer in the force majeure circumstances listed in the Terms of Service. If such circumstances make a Paid Plan unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row, the Customer is entitled to compensation under the Refund Policy.
14. Term and changes to the Offer
- 14.1.
The Offer is valid from its publication date until Reevun withdraws it. Reevun may change or withdraw the Offer by publishing a new version on this page.
- 14.2.
Changes to the Offer do not apply to Invoices paid before the changes take effect; those are governed by the version of the Offer in force at the time of payment.
15. Termination
- 15.1.
The Customer may give up a Paid Plan at any time by moving to the Free Plan. Refunds are then made in the cases set out in the Refund Policy.
- 15.2.
Reevun may terminate the contract unilaterally if the Customer or the Family breaches the Terms of Service or the Offer, or if the Service is discontinued — in the latter case refunding the unused part of the Paid Period.
16. Disputes
- 16.1.
Disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms of Service, with a claim first sent to [email protected]. Claims are reviewed within 10 business days.
17. Immediate access
- 17.1.
The Customer agrees that access to the Paid Plan's functions is given immediately after payment; withdrawal within 14 days is described in the Refund Policy.
18. Contacts
- 18.1.
Payments, refunds and claims under the Offer: [email protected].
- 18.2.
General questions: [email protected], support.reevun.app.
