Refund Policy
Version 3.0 · Published and effective October 30, 2026
This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) sets out when and how Reevun refunds money paid for the Reevun Service's Paid Plans. It is an integral part of the Public Offer and the Terms of Service; terms have the meanings given there.
1. General
- 1.1.
Reevun aims to resolve payment issues fairly and quickly. Before cancelling a payment through your bank or the Payment Service, please contact us — most issues are resolved within a few days.
- 1.2.
This Policy applies to payments for Paid Plans made through the Payment Services 2328 and Lolzteam Market. Activation Codes received without payment are not refundable.
2. Full refund
- 2.1.
Reevun refunds the amount paid in full if:
- the Paid Plan was not activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment for reasons within Reevun's control and the Customer does not wish to wait for activation;
- the same Invoice was paid twice — the duplicate payment is refunded;
- the payment was taken but the Payment Service did not confirm it to Reevun, and the Paid Plan was not provided;
- the Customer withdrew from the Paid Plan within 14 days of payment and did not use any features available only on a Paid Plan during that time;
- Reevun discontinues the Service — for the unused part of the Paid Period.
3. Partial refund and compensation
- 3.1.
If the Paid Plan's features were unavailable through Reevun's fault for more than 72 hours in a row during the Paid Period, the Customer may choose either an extension of the Paid Period by the time lost or a refund in proportion to the number of days of unavailability.
- 3.2.
If Reevun materially degrades key features of a Paid Plan during a Paid Period already paid for, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the unused part of the Paid Period.
- 3.3.
Proportional amounts are calculated from the amount actually paid, taking period discounts and Promo Codes into account, based on the number of days in the Paid Period.
4. When refunds are not made
- 4.1.
No refund is made:
- when the Customer moves the Family to the Free Plan after starting to use the Paid Plan's features;
- when the Customer pays for a different Paid Plan while the current one is running — for the unused remainder of the previous plan;
- when an Account is blocked or the Bot is stopped on a Discord Server for breaching the Terms of Service;
- if the Bot was removed from the Discord Server, lost the permissions it needs, or the server was deleted or blocked by Discord for reasons outside Reevun's control;
- if the Customer chose the wrong Family, plan or Paid Period and has already started using the Paid Plan; before use starts, Reevun will where possible move the payment to the correct Family or plan;
- for a Paid Period that has already ended;
- for unavailability caused by planned maintenance announced in advance, outages of Discord and other Third-Party Services, or force majeure lasting less than 72 hours;
- for disagreement with a change to the Service's features that does not affect the key features of the plan paid for.
5. Right to withdraw within 14 days
- 5.1.
A consumer Customer may withdraw from a Paid Plan within 14 days of payment without giving a reason and receive a full refund if they did not use any features available only on a Paid Plan during that time.
- 5.2.
By paying for a Paid Plan, the Customer asks for access to start immediately and accepts that once paid functions are used, the right to withdraw with a full refund is lost.
- 5.3.
Using the features of a Paid Plan means any action possible only on a Paid Plan (for example, using higher limits, paid modules or paid settings).
6. How to request a refund
- 6.1.
Email [email protected] or open a request at support.reevun.app in the payments category. Include:
- the ID or name of the Family (Discord Server);
- the date, amount and Payment Service;
- the payment ID (if you have it) and the email address of the Account used to pay;
- the reason for the refund.
- 6.2.
The request must be sent within 30 days of payment or, for unavailability, within 30 days of its end.
- 6.3.
Reevun reviews the request within 5 business days and communicates its decision by email or in the request. Reevun may ask for additional information confirming the payment and the Customer's entitlement to a refund.
7. Timing and method
- 7.1.
An approved refund is made by the same method and through the same Payment Service used for payment within 10 business days of approval. How long it takes for the money to arrive depends on the Payment Service, the bank and the Customer's payment instrument.
- 7.2.
If a refund by the same method is impossible, Reevun agrees another method with the Customer and may ask for proof that the payment instrument belongs to them.
- 7.3.
The refund is made in the amount actually received by Reevun. Fees of the Payment Service, banks and currency conversion are not refunded unless the refund is caused by Reevun's error.
- 7.4.
When a refund is made, the Family's Paid Plan ends or is shortened accordingly.
8. Chargebacks
- 8.1.
If the Customer initiates a chargeback through their bank or the Payment Service without contacting Reevun first, Reevun may end the Family's Paid Plan and restrict new payments until the dispute is settled.
- 8.2.
Reevun gives the Payment Service and the bank information about the payment and the access provided so that the dispute can be reviewed.
9. Changes to this Policy
- 9.1.
Reevun may change this Policy by publishing a new version on this page. Payments are governed by the version of the Policy in force at the time of payment unless the new version is more favorable to the Customer.
